Basic Service

This service is for those who want to be more involved in the planning process. If you already have aspects of your trip planned and booked (flight and excursions), but you want some help finding a hotel or renting a car, this service is for you. For this package, we will help you plan and book parts of your trip (flights excluded) based on your travel consultation. We will provide you with several options based on your interests and budget. We are able to help book lodging, on-ground transportation, excursions, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, etc. For this package, we will not assist with booking flights*.
Because of our worldwide partnerships, we may be able to offer you perks or upgrades (based on availability) for trips that you have already booked! Please reach out to us for more details. Additionally, our travel advisors have connections throughout the travel industry and all over the world, which helps us select the highest rated restaurants, bars, entertainment, and local attractions for your trip!
For The Basic Service, an advisor will compile a list of options (depending on what you are needing help with). For example, if you are needing hotel accommodations, our advisor will compile a list of 2 to 4 hotel options based on your needs, budget, and interests. You can look over this list and make a selection based on the options, or you can request some changes (change in price, location, amenities, etc.), and your advisor will be able to accommodate. Once you have decided on one of the options, your advisor will make the booking, be in contact with the suppliers, and take care of all the hassles that come with planning a trip.
Premium Service
Starting at $250
This service is for those who want to be more hands-off in the planning process. If you are wanting to travel, but have no idea where to start, this service is for you. With The Premium Service, you will receive an itinerary specifically created for you and your trip. After filling out the Travel Interest Form, and meeting for a trip consultation, a Travel Advisor will create a day to day itinerary with options for hotels, excursions, restaurants, travel accommodations, and flights (if applicable). You may be as involved as you'd like to be throughout the process, but with this service, you are able to be completely hands-off.
For The Premium Service, an advisor will compile a list of options for each aspect of your trip (lodging, flights, transportation, dining, excursions, etc) . You can look over the preliminary itinerary and make selections based on the options, or you can request some changes as needed (change in price, location, amenities, etc.). You can also decide to trust your advisor fully to make decisions based on your Travel Interest Form and trip consultation. Once the trip itinerary is created, your advisor will make the booking, be in contact with the suppliers, and take care of all the hassles that come with planning a trip.
Because many aspects of the premium services are non-commissionable, a planning fee will be required prior to booking.
*most hotel bookings, rental car bookings, and tour companies are commissionable, and therefore may not require any additional fees. However, there may be a planning fee if the bookings are not commissionable or if the booking requires significant research or additional resources. For example, trips with multiple destinations may require a service fee even if they fall under the basic package. Flights are not commissionable, so flight booking is a service only included in the premium service.
Planning Fees
With many bookings, advisors will be paid commission from the supplier (hotel, rental car company, tour company, etc.). With commissionable bookings, the planning fees will often be waived. However, some bookings are not commissionable and therefore will require a planning fee to allot for the advisor’s time and research. For multiple bookings, a multi-destination trip, or for a full trip itinerary, a planning fee will be paid to the advisor after the initial consultation and before they are able to start planning your trip. The planning fee is non-refundable. The planning fee may vary depending on the destination, number of people, days booked, and other factors. A planning fee may be added to a booking if the planning process evolves from a basic service to a premium service while still in the planning process. Flight bookings are often non-commissionable, and therefore are only available through the premium service package.
